1989 Speedliner with a 1962 Mercury 85hp
From the Owner

Sweet Little 16, a 1989 Speedliner inspired by (but not a replica of) Aristocrafts of the late 50’s, has had some sweet moments all her own.  At the 2009 summer boat show, she received two awards as the “People’s Choice Award Car” and the “Best Presented Boat Award” in a car and boat combo with her owner’s 1955 Chrysler Town and Country station wagon.  Then she had the honour in 2010 of being featured in an article that appeared in Cassicboat Magazine.  Sweet Little 16 is one of only ten Speedliners ever produced and is the only one that exists as a four seater.

Though her career has been notable, the happiest days for her are more humble ones, spent at the summer cottage treating her owner’s grandchildren to the fun rides they love and exciting races with other boats on Penlake.
