From the Owner

Gatsby is a boat built by Billy Johnston of Port Carling. Billy was a renowned bot builder as he first developed the disappearing propeller boat, his company in port Carling many thousands of dispros before closing shop in 1924. He then started Port Carling Boats, better known as Seabird, again this company was very successful and produced more boats then any other builder in Muskoka. He retired from seabird in the 30’s and then built boats on his own.
